- Notify us immediately of any problems so we can address them quickly.
- Claims for breakage MUST be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Shipping Policy
Our shipping methods include Ground delivery for most shipping within the United States and Canada. If you desire more rapid delivery, we can ship 2nd and 3rd business day or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is additional cost to ship overnight or 2nd and 3rd day delivery and we would be happy to discuss that with you.
All our products are shipped anywhere in the US. We also provide Canadian shipping.

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns@ledsignworks.com or call us at
1-800-565-1076 within 24 hours of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 24 hours as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Once your approved returned item has been received, you will be issued a credit (shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from the total amount) back to your credit card. If you decide that you need to return an item that was shipped via our free standard shipping method, the shipping costs will be deducted from your credit. The restocking fee is 25%.
Custom LED Sign Orders
We would love the opportunity to design and create a custom LED sign for you. Send an email to info@ledsignworks.com to discuss what you are looking for. A graphic image of your sign will be sent to you for approval before the order is submitted. Once the order is placed and the sign is in production, custom orders become non-cancellable and non-returnable. This includes any sign that is ordered with custom colors or any other special option.
Warranty Policy
Please keep all original packaging for the duration of the warranty period.
Under warranty terms, customers will be responsible for the initial shipping (to our warehouse) for testing.
Upon initial arrival of product: All orders are guaranteed to arrive without breakage. If upon delivery (and following the instructions for testing) the product does not light, please contact support@ledsignworks.com within 24 hours. A damage call tag will be issued with UPS for the pick up and return of the product for repair or replacement. UPS will pick up (within 72 hours) the damaged product for inspection and return the item to our warehouse after this routine inspection. Please allow 2-5 days to return the repaired, or a replacement, sign.
Cancellations
We work hard to make sure that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, we will credit your card the same day.
Please note that you cannot cancel your order after it has been shipped. Depending on your credit card's processes, it may take 5-7 business days before you see the credit on your statement. If you have any questions or concerns about your cancellation, please feel free to contact us.
